WHO WE ARE
- The Egyptian Chinese Joint company for Investment was established as an Egyptian joint Stock company according to the law number 8 of 1997, with issuing law of guarantees and Investment incentives and its executive statute and Law Number 95 of 1992. The Authorized capital is (four hundred million Egyptian pounds), with an Egyptian shareholding of 90%.
- The Egyptian Chinese joint company for investment managed to successfully develop an area of 6.5 square kilometers, and now is managing it; as a special economic zone (according to the number 92 of2002) in the northwest Gulf of Suez, including infrastructure projects such as water networks, roads, electricity, communications, sewage, natural gas, services of firefighting, the basic planning, parks planning, general management of facilities and the development to investing in the fields of (industrial - service - commercial). The company might do other projects or modify its activity in the range of activities that are included in the first article of Law No. 8 of 1997 regarding the guarantees and investment incentives as well as other fields approved by the cabinet to be added.

Water Network
- Water network to feed the entire sector, with pipes of different diameters ranging from 100 mm up to 450 mm. Every facility has its own water outlet.
- Water pumping station with a capacity of 11,000 m3 per day, with (3) ground reservoirs, including one reservoir for firefighting.
- Wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 900 m3 per day, for the disposal and processing of wastewater, so as to be used for agricultural activities.
Electricity network
- Electricity network to feed all facilities in the sector, with a capacity of 20 MW. There are also:
- Medium voltage network
- Low voltage network
- Lightning network, with 12 up to 16 meter-high lampposts,
- Power distributor with a capacity of 20 MW.
